Trappistes Rochefort 10 by Brasserie de Rochefort is a rich, full-bodied Belgian Quad brewed by the Trappist monks of the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy. A firm malt backbone, candi sugar, and a touch of coriander give this legendary dark ale remarkable depth. Expect luxurious notes of caramel, toffee, fig, raisin, dark cherry, and dark chocolate, with hints of port wine and leather, finishing warm and gently sweet.
